Julien Macdonald’s latest catwalk creations,Known for his high octane designs Macdonald’s SS17 showcased his usual penchant for sequins, intricate beading and cutaway designs which appeared to have ball-room influences.The emphasis appeared to be on movement with many of the models adorned with swaying fabrics and embellishment – perfect for dancing.This season’s creations saw the designer unveil ample amounts of flesh on his models who were all brushed with oil so that their bodies glistened.

Illusion tops fitted with clear mesh helped to showcase the models’ cleavages on the catwalk of the leisure centre
As well as a superstar front row Julien Macdonald enlisted the help of superstar models including Hailey Baldwin who sizzled on the catwalk
Macdonald is one of the few designers at London Fashion Week to present both women’s and men’s clothing.
The male pieces took on a western theme with male models taking to the runway in cowboy hats, studded waistcoats accessorised with bolo ties
In true Julien Macdonald style the designer closed the runway by joining his models on the catwalk embracing Hailey Baldwin as they reached the end to rapturous applause
